Responsibilities:
- Create service content (sales enablement documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our service and offering.
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to the service feature adoption and usage.
- Support website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets and more).
- Manage other design needs such as presentation, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
- Interpret written, visual and verbal communications, including the ability to number crunch with agency or media.
- Express new ideas or creative concepts on promotional events and activities over in a way that can be readily understood.
- Influence and negotiate with media, agency or vendors.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external and internal team members.
- Good writing ability.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems.
- Prefer working in a collaborative and cross team capacity.
- Ambition to succeed.
- Commercial nous.
- Past experience as an in house designer.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript a major plus.
