Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create service content (sales enablement documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our service and offering.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to the service feature adoption and usage.
  • Support website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets and more).
  • Manage other design needs such as presentation, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
  • Interpret written, visual and verbal communications, including the ability to number crunch with agency or media.
  • Express new ideas or creative concepts on promotional events and activities over in a way that can be readily understood.
  • Influence and negotiate with media, agency or vendors.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external and internal team members.
  • Good writing ability.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems.
  • Prefer working in a collaborative and cross team capacity.
  • Ambition to succeed.
  • Commercial nous.
  • Past experience as an in house designer.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript a major plus.
